To support our expanding product lines and client engagements, we are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team.

As a Data Analyst at DataMark, you will play a critical role in transforming raw data into business insights that guide strategic decision-making. You will work with financial, macroeconomic, customer, and operational datasets; build dashboards; conduct analyses; and collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers to drive measurable impact.
This role is ideal for someone who loves working with data, communicates clearly, and can translate numbers into meaningful stories.
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Conduct deep-dive quantitative analysis to support product development and client decisions.
Build KPI frameworks and measure performance across financial and operational domains.
Develop dashboards and automated reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Maintain and improve BI datasets and semantic layers.
Deliver data findings in a clear, structured, and business-friendly manner.
Work with Data Engineers to improve data pipelines, data lakes, and data warehouse models.
Ensure data quality, reliability, and consistency across sources.
Partner with Data Scientists to prepare analytical datasets for modeling projects.
Provide analytical insights that inform product design, risk scoring models, forecasting tools, and market intelligence.
Translate business questions into measurable indicators and analytical tasks.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong skills in SQL and Excel (advanced functions, PivotTables, Power Query).
Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, matplotlib/seaborn).
Strong foundation in statistics, data visualization, and analytical reasoning.
Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and strong documentation habits.
Experience working with financial or economic datasets.
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks).
Experience building BI dashboards for enterprise clients.
Knowledge of forecasting methods, A/B testing, or basic machine learning concepts.
Prior experience in consulting, finance, banking, or fintech is a plus.
